After more than 25 years of experience as a manager in commercial business I started as an independent coach in December 2008. I went looking for an addition to my business coaching skills and studied : people-oriented coaching, spiritual coaching and several trainings to become certified EMDR-, NLP- and Hypnotherapy therapist.
I use Hypnotherapy as an effective aid to quit smoking, nailbitting, overeating and drinking but also in addition with EMDR on healing fears and phobias.
