My life is shaped by the desire for knowledge. I like to get to the bottom of things and have been fascinated by the brain and its possibilities since childhood. My passion for the brain has led me to training at the best facilities in many countries around the world. After hundreds of hours of training (more than 1500 hours) and more than 20 years of practice, I am dedicated to hypnotherapy, systemic psychotherapy, accelerated learning and teaching other people to use their brain to the maximum.
I completed my first training in hypnotic and non-hypnotic psychotherapy back in 2002, which I followed up with accredited training in systemic psychotherapy and further training in Ericksonian hypnosis. I studied neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with Dr. Richard Bandler. I completed hypnosis training with Paul McKenna and with Igor Alexander Ledochowski, who consistently follows his motto: "Hypnosis for good." My role model in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy is the famous Milton H. Erickson. I especially thank MUDr. František Matuška. These personalities make me who I am today and help other people use their brains to their fullest potential.
In addition to introducing the most modern practices into education, I strive to raise awareness of new perspectives on hypnotherapy. Through not only articles in the media, I try to educate the lay public in the knowledge that regression therapy and various alternative pseudo-procedures are a very dangerous form of manipulation of the mind and memory (the so-called Forer effect), and can lead not only to the nocebo effect, but often to beliefs creating lifelong limitations and hardships.
I divide my time between my hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practice, teaching, writing books and a blog, creating online programs, family and other self-education.
